Weights and Measures Inspector

Full Vacancy Description

We’re looking for a weights and measures inspector competent in all aspects of average weight and reference testing and is comfortable undertaking compliance checks at manufacturers and packing plants across the Borough.

Must be willing to take along a trainee or 2 and train them in the process to assist them with portfolio building.

Potentially we could need someone to recalibrate the Services working standards. Portfolios need to be completed by March end 2023.

6 months contract, minimum of 2 days a week but  must be two days from Wed / Thurs / Fridays to accommodate part-time worker.
