Full Vacancy Description

Project work in relation to doorstep crime / rogue traders; - investigating offences under Fraud Act 2006 /CPRs / Consumer Contracts (Canx) Regs - carrying out other interventions such as disruption, blocking payments and seeking refunds - carrying out a media/information/education campaign targeted at potential victims - liaison with police and other partner agencies - work with banks to ensure that anti-crime protocols are in place and being implemented - work with Age Concern and other groups supporting vulnerable residents to raise awareness of this type of crime and steps that can be taken to spot and avoid it
