Full Vacancy Description

80 Category C and D interventions  for completion by the end of March 2020.

These may be traditional inspections, including the review and completion / amendment of a  comprehensive electronic inspection form with text boxes and drop down options, provision of a handwritten visit sheet to the business, and providing feedback to the business through a standard letter report (by email where possible/appropriate) and a food hygiene rating. 

Alternatively they may be verification visits to Category C or D premises with a score of 5, which involves the completion of a shorter electronic inspection form and the provision of a hand written visit sheet. Where the verification check indicates that standards in the business have deteriorated, a full inspection as described above is carried out.

Inspectors need to be fully qualified and competent to carry out both hygiene and standards inspections and have up to date CPD.
