Environmental Health Officer (food)

Our local authority client, based in North London is looking for a fully qualified Food Safety Officer. You will be expected to carry out inspections, re-inspections and surveys and to be responsible for the investigation, enforcement and manage a more complex caseload 

The contract will include advisory work, education and law enforcement. of shops, food outlets, private/public accommodation, commercial premises, manufacturers and industrial organisations. In addition to inspections, responsibilities include: compiling reports, providing training courses, gathering samples to be tested, investigating complaints, serving legal notices, providing evidence in court, liaising with other organisations 

We are looking for an EHORB registered (or equivalent) Environmental Health Officer who has recent work experience and is fully food competent. As well as your CV you must also must provide evidence of your competencies
