Job Title: FINANCE / PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus pension
We are a niche recruitment agency based in Enfield North London and we are looking for a Finance / Payroll Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and fast paced office.
You will need to be flexible and the position will include the following tasks;
Manage quarterly tasks such as VAT returns, Management Report
Experience with Sage 50 and Sage Payroll essential
Ensure databases, systems and records are maintained with relevant information, ensuring the information is accurate, up to date and is handled confidentially and sensitively in compliance with Data Protection Act
Assist with the processing of financial accounting and project accounting data and provision of accurate and timely financial information
Process purchase invoices
Assist with reconciling ledger accounts (bank reconciliation)
Process manual timesheets
Routine filing
Assist with whatever task required ensuring the smooth running of the financial function and the office in general
Knowledge of auto enrolment/pensions desirable
Previous experience in recruitment is desirable, but not essential
